2016年对于生猪市场来说犹如过山车式的一年，这一年，生猪价格经历了前半年的大幅涨价，也经历了后半年价格的大幅回落。而大起大落背后，促使生猪价格变动的原因更是错综复杂。
39个散养猪重点县、规模水禽场污染治理全面完成，91以上的养殖场实现农林牧结合生态养殖模式。生猪养殖的规模化水平从场均200头提高到600头以上，规模化养殖比重高出全国26.8。全省规划建成了41个无害化集中处理场，日处理能力近400吨，基本形成了集中处理为主、分散处理为辅的无害化处理体系。
冯永辉：但是6月份之后，国内的生猪并没有出现大幅度增长，但是这个时候我们的进口猪肉数量却在6月到10月暴增，所以这也导致猪价出现连续四个月下跌。现在正是全年猪肉销售的最高峰，南方要做腊肉，北方要杀年猪，所以需求量在这撑着，猪价没有下降的空间。
再看国内，动保企业竞争日趋激烈，对比2015年中国兽品监察所的批签发数据，2016年国内在生产的生物制品（疫苗+卵黄抗体）企业减少了9家之多，幅度远超过去。显然，动保市场已不是中小企业所能玩转的市场了，未来中国的动保市场集中度将更高，新加入家禽疫苗战线的企业想在这成熟、定局的市场中奋战将举步艰难，更多一批的疫苗企业或将被迫离开。
中央财政拨付的第一批玉米生产者补贴约300亿元。其中，内蒙古自治区66.25亿元，辽宁省45.78亿元，吉林省72.63亿元，黑龙江省115.73亿元。
近期，港口价格玉米(1524, -1.00, -0.07%)价格相对稳定，对连玉米形成一定的支撑。截止到12月25日，东北三省一区累计收购玉米3605万吨。其中，内蒙古收购462万吨，辽宁832万吨，吉林826万吨，黑龙江1485万吨。今日连玉米整体呈现震荡整理的走势，主力1705合约持仓量大幅增加，日内最高价为1543元/吨，日涨幅0.07%，日增仓7万手，持仓量增至191.9万手。玉米淀粉合约早间高开后持续走低，之后维持窄幅震荡，淀粉主力1705合约盘终收跌，日跌幅0.77%，持仓量增至87.1万手。
经过近段时间东北及南北港口玉米价格大幅回落后，市场将呈现短暂盘整趋势，但年底前市场供应压力将继续主导偏弱行情，目前市场整体缺乏提振因素，后期重点关注政策性收购动态。
整体来看，今日国内猪价呈现稳中微涨的态势。上周末，猪价停止了下跌趋势，以缓慢的速度微微上涨。北方地区今日以小涨为主，由于部分地区出现降雪，收猪难度增加，猪价出现小涨。南方地区今日出现小涨，屠企压价难度增大，收购不畅，猪价微涨。马上进入2017年，距离元旦也就几天时间，从需求端来看，消费会提振元旦猪价。但想想今年中秋节前，猪价的平稳和现在多么的相似，大家一直在等待两节消费的高峰来临，到最后导致了什么，双节的短时大跌。逢节必跌的魔咒会在元旦打破吗？所以建议大家不要集中出栏，这个时候心往一处想，劲儿往一处使并不是什么好事。预计短期内猪价呈稳中微涨趋势。

港口价格下跌拖累产区玉米价格，近期港口价格震荡走稳，东北产区基层玉米流向单一，农户节前变现需求导致上量压力不减，恐慌性售粮的情绪蔓延，产区烘干塔贸易商部分停塔，观望情绪浓厚，广东港口库存压力不减，压制价格，后期关注中储粮的收储力度对价格的影响。
