Application:

1.   Adapting to middle and high speed production line.

2.   Adopting in-draw structure with silencer,low noise.

3.   Glue thickness adjusted by electric and digital display.

4.   Diameter of corrugating rolls:Φ260mm, Φ310mm,Φ360mm, Φ430mm, made from alloy steel 48CrMo, hardened treatment on the surface, precision grinding, coated with chrome, hardness reaching HRC58-62.

5.   Working surfaces of each paper-guiding roll, preheater and pressure roll polished and coated with chrome.

6.   High temperature grease or automatic interval circular lubrication for choice.

7.   Adopting infrared detector, auto paper break protection, withdrawal of press roll and glue plate when breaking.
